Each piece is handmade to order in house, all our items are aimed to be made and sent out within two - four weeks after purchase. Please take into consideration that during  high demand, orders can take longer. If you wish for your order to arrive by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing and we try our best to accommodate this.

UK parcels are sent first class tracked and this service should provide next working day delivery. International orders are sent tracked. Please allow between 5-10 working days for postage to Europe, and 5-10 working days for the rest of the world. Please send us an email if your product is taking longer then this to arrive and we will enquire into it.

Since all our pieces are made to order we are not able to offer refunds. We are able to offer exchanges or credit notes for some pieces.
